Instead of saying “you need more training,” try saying something like “we could use some extra training for everyone.”

Be a Good Role Model

This is a good way to get your employees involved. Instead of being told what needs to get done, you can challenge them to do it. This can be done with internal competition or by setting up a friendly rivalry between departments.

Listen to Your Team
One of the most important things you can do to motivate your team is to listen to what they have to say. Listening not only shows that you value their ideas and opinions but also helps you make improvements for the company.
By listening to your employees, you’ll be able to make changes based on their input. For instance, if an employee complains about a broken part in one of your machines, you probably want to fix it as soon as possible so that no one gets injured by using it incorrectly!
This brings us back around again. Listening helps everyone feel included in the workplace and makes them feel like their voices matter at work. When employees feel heard and valued by management, they are more likely to go above and beyond when given any task. They see how much effort managers put into making sure everything works well together within each department without having anyone feel left.
